Mr.Rejin George is a Passionate Career Guidance Expert, Trainer, and HR Professional with over 19 years of hands-on experience in empowering young minds and shaping future leaders. His career began in the field of education, where he rose from a trainee to a Regional Manger driven by his dedication on nurturing talents and mentoring youth. During this journey, he trained over 5,000 individuals and conducted countless interviews, helping people in unlocking their true potentials.

Rejin later Extended his Potential in Human Resources in the Middle East, where he managed end-to-end HR operations—including recruitment, onboarding, and training. He conducted professional development programs, discussions and motivated teams across cultures, adhering to both Indian and international standards.

Armed with an MBA and enriched by continuous independent learning through seminars and webinars on human Psychology. Rejin developed a deep understanding on people’s aspirations and mental blocks. Over the years, he recognized a common pattern: many individuals pursue education and careers without proper guidance, leading to unfulfilled potential and lack of direction.

This realization led him to establish TURNS – Centre for Career Guidance & Career Academy (CGCA), where he now leads scientifically driven Psychometric Career Assessments, personalized Counselling, and structured career guidance programs. His mission is simple but powerful—to help individuals discover their strengths, align them with meaningful goals, and turn their dreams into reality.
